I am a nurse (RN) and lactation consultant (IBCLC). I support new families in Manhattan, Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties.

As a mother of three, I understand the challenges facing new parents. With nearly a decade of lactation consultant experience, and as a birth and postpartum doula before that, I don’t have a personal agenda when it comes to how you choose to how you choose to feed your baby. My goal is to provide you with evidence based information so you can make the best decision for yourself, your baby, and your family. I offer reliable, compassionate, non-judgmental support for all types of families and infant feeding scenarios. I want to help you reach YOUR goals.
